Brief Summary of Work for this Position |
The UNCW Sponsored Programs and Research Compliance (SPARC) unit is seeking qualified Grant and Contract Officers to join our team. Working independently, this position ensures sponsored projects are compliant with university regulations and laws and assists in providing post-award management support. The Grants and Contracts Officer reports directly to the SPARC Post Award Manager and supports the SPARC Team in the achievement of strategic initiatives to further the growth and development of the unit as a whole. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Requires post-baccalaureate credentials (e.g., master’s degree or higher), although a bachelor’s degree plus alternative or equivalent professional training and experience may be substituted for the advanced degree on an exceptional basis. |
