Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Administrative Director – DOP Research will be responsible for the management of the operations, training, and education of the pediatric research administration teams in the Department of Pediatrics. The director will provide programmatic oversight for a variety of department research initiatives in support of CHLA’s mission, values, and research priorities. In collaboration with institutional and faculty leadership, they are responsible for the development and management of research, operations, and programmatic metrics and reporting, development, and management of the research, operations, and programmatic budgets.
Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of general management experience in a healthcare environment. Prefer experience in a service environment, physician practice management company, or management service organization. Billing and collection experience and proficiency in PC-based spreadsheet and word processing applications required
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. Graduate degree in healthcare administration or business administration required.
Pay Scale Information
USD $123,136.00 - USD $221,645.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
