Working Title: Contracts & Grants Analyst
Salary Range: $56,800 - $99,200
The Contracts and Grants Office of the Bourns College of Engineering at the University of California (UC), Riverside is looking for a full time Contracts and Grants Analyst who will provide pre-award support to faculty. Working primarily on small to medium size proposals, this person will:
- respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- read and understand funding opportunities
- identify the proposal components and prepare proposal checklists and component outlines
- develop budgets and budget justifications
- request and collect proposal documents from UC Riverside investigators and any external collaborators
- review and format documents as needed
- coordinate the proposal preparation process for submission to the Office of Research and Economic Development (RED) in a timely manner
- solve issues as they present
- contribute to the identification and distribution of relevant funding opportunities.
