Overview
The University of Toledo, a public metropolitan research university with annual awards exceeding $60 million, invites applications for the position of Director of Sponsored Programs.
The Director of Sponsored Programs supports the mission of the University of Toledo by facilitating faculty efforts to obtain external funding for sponsored programs and research through grants, contracts and other sources. The Director provides oversight and management of all aspects of proposal administration, sponsored program agreements, and contract negotiation with external agencies, and ensures compliance with all federal administrative requirements and costing principles, state regulations, sponsor restrictions, and university fiscal and compliance policies. The Director of Sponsored Programs works closely with the Director of Grants Accounting for post-award functions.
