Grants Administrator
Overview
Provide professional-level administrative expertise in the review of grant and contract grant applications, including fellowships, research grants, and Specific Funding Proposals; coordinate the submission of various grant applications through Sponsor submission portals, which includes interacting with administrative support staff, faculty, and other key stakeholders to refine proposal elements, such as project budgets; ensure compliance with Sponsor guidelines for proposal submissions, maintain accurate records of grant submissions, and promptly submit all manner of applications, such as competing proposals, revisions, non-competing continuations, foundation submissions, sub-awards, etc. Facilitate the Just-in-Time process for applications and play key role in the disclosure of Current & Pending Support for investigators. Provide limited non-financial post-award support for investigators, such as prior approval requests, subrecipient monitoring and risk assessment and compliance with Sponsor requirements for the fiscal management of awards.
