The Research Coordinator plays a crucial role in creating a culture of excellence within the proposal development team by developing and maintaining a growing portfolio of funded projects through the grant life cycle. As a key member of MPRC's management team, the Research Coordinator facilitates the preparation, review and submission of proposals to government agencies and philanthropic entities and for post award financial and administrative management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in research administration or accounting in a university or non-profit setting is required.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and to approach problems with a sense of urgency, detail, and attention to deadlines.
• Proficiency with using EXCEL 
• A strong commitment to customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
