Business Manager

Overview

The University of West Florida Office of Research Administration and Engagement (RAE) located in Pensacola Florida is hiring a full-time (1.0 FTE) Business Manager (123720) to support university efforts to establish, maintain, and close contracts and grants in the University accounting system. This includes grant matching funds required by 2 CFR 200 and assisting with the testing and implementation of the Banner Financial System updates as required.

The Business Manager requires a Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and six years of  appropriate experience; however, we prefer applicants have a Master’s degree and five years of accounting experience, one-year experience with an established accounting software program, and be a Certified Research Administrator (CRA).

Salary Range: $50,000-$52,500
