Position Overview:

Responsible for providing grant management and administrative/fiscal support to Principal Investigators who are recipients of research grants, sub awards and internally funded projects, ensuring that all grant applications are wholly consistent with the requirements of Children’s policy, relevant sponsor policies, and all applicable state and federal laws. Review and negotiate research awards and award modifications. Serve as a single point of contact between Seattle Children’s Research Institute, its sponsors and sub-recipients, ensuring that all administrative requirements associated with the submission of applications, acceptance and conduct of awards, and issuance and monitoring of sub-awards are met.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of contracting/business/administrative experience, with special emphasis in language/ grant/ contract terms review and recommendation.

Preferred:
- Experience with pre- and post-award activities for research grants and contracts, National Institute of Health and/or federal grants.
