Position Summary
The University Research Administrator is responsible for supporting all relevant activities in the University Research Administrator (URA) Office including proposal development, Just-in-Time (JIT) preparation, assistance with award acceptance and set up, subrecipient issuance and monitoring, preparation of programmatic reporting in coordination with Principal Investigators (PI), award maintenance, effort reporting, and final reconciliation for closeout. Responsibilities will include:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the different needs of our faculty and research administrators.
• Proficient with personal computers, online computing systems, databases and other office equipment.
• Service-orientated and self-directed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Enjoys multi-tasking and analytical thinking.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience is required. A Master's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
