Position Summary
The Research Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring all research compliance is in accordance with federal and state regulations and guidelines, including Office for Human Research Protections, NIH, USDA, OLAW, FDA, sponsor-specific, and institutional policies. Responsibilities will include:

  • Knowledge and experiences handling conflict of interest (COI) disclosures, material transfer agreements (MTA), non-disclosure agreements (NDA), and research-related HIPAA reviews.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the different needs of our faculty and research administrators.
  • Proficient with personal computers, online computing systems, databases and other office equipment.
  • Service-orientated and self-directed.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and analytical thinking.


Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant work experience is required. A Master's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
