Director of Compliance
Overview
Oregon State University (OSU) invites applications for the position of Director of Compliance.
The Director of Compliance provides leadership to the University’s central institutional compliance and ethics program, which promotes a culture of compliance and the highest standards of ethics, integrity and responsibility within the university community. The director coordinates and supports OSU’s decentralized compliance units with their many diverse experiences, priorities, and perspectives to become a robust institutional compliance network. The OSU Board of Trustees and executive leadership demonstrates a strong commitment to the position and program.

Candidates’ qualifications must include substantial experience in a law or a compliance-related field, or as a professional compliance officer. Other qualifications include demonstrated ability to collaborate with and provide guidance to groups toward the attainment of common goals, and the ability to effect change and move projects forward through advising, diplomacy and relationship-building. A bachelor’s degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred.
