Responsibilities:
With guidance, interprets sponsor guidelines and requirements and determines accuracy and validity of proposals. Works with divisions to develop proposals including answering process or technical questions; supplying boilerplate information, clarifying guidelines; ensuring adherence to RFA requirements; corresponding with sponsor. Prepare, review and negotiate sponsored research agreements, fee-for-service agreements, consultant agreements, memorandum of understanding. Oversees preparation and submission of documents and correspondence with sponsor regarding prior approvals and Just in Time (JIT) requests. Credentials and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, research administration or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years of grant or research administration related experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, five (5) years of demonstrated experience in grant administration required.
